Daily Simple Questions Thread - March 01, 2020

Right now, I am starting from scratch and am skinny fat with no muscle to speak of, but I want to get into fitness. I don't want to join a gym at this time because I don't enjoy the busyness and really the whole atmosphere inside. Also, being a poor student I'd rather not have to pay the monthly membership and rather spent my limited money on food. I do have some equipment available that I could get for cheap, namely:

Adjustable dumbbells (up to 160 lbs max each)
Pull up bar
Dip bar
Bench

I DON'T intend on being a powerlifter and don't really care about how much I lift. All I want to achieve is to stay fit and look good naked. What I mean by that is something like this: (maybe NSFW)

I have setup a workout plan based on the "Frankoman's Dumbbell Only Split" with a bit more volume. I'd do this workout six times per week with one rest day (A/B/C/A/B/C/R)

Workout A (Chest + Triceps):
3xfailure Triceps Dips
3x12 Dumbbell Bench Press
3x12 Dumbbell Press
3x12 Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3x12 Dumbbell Triceps Extension

Workout B (Back + Biceps):
3xfailure Chin Ups, later switch to pullups when I have the strength to do them cleanly
3x12 Dumbbell One Arm Row
3x12 Dumbbell Reverse Flies
3x12 Dumbbell Hammer Curl
3x12 Dumbbell Front Raises

Workout C (Legs):
3x12 Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat
3x12 Dumbbell Deadlift
3x12 Dumbbell Goblet Squat
3x12 Dumbbell Lunges
3x12 Dumbbell Calf Raises
3x12 Dumbbell Step Ups

Do you guys believe that this kind of body is realistic and achievable within the next few years without going to the gym and with the equipment I mentioned above?

Also, if you have any additional exercises that I am missing, feel free to add them.

Thanks to all for taking the time to help!
