Daily Simple Questions Thread - March 24, 2020

I'm a new lifter. I started my journey 2 months ago by cutting clean 500 calories every day with oatmeal, veggies, and fish. I haven't had a cheat day yet. My arms and shoulders are noticably bigger, but my torso fat is going nowhere, neither is my weight. Should I just keep plugging away for maybe 6 months before deciding something's not working? Thanks.

Workout is as follows, I alternate A and B days, so I'm working out every day:

Day A: Pull Ups, Squats, Shoulder Press, Bicep Curls, Shrugs, Bench press

Day B: Romanian Deadlifts, Rows, Dips, Planks or Toe Touches, Calf Raises
