How do you all deal with “muscle deflation” (not an actual term) during a cut?

Couple weeks ago at thanksgiving(Canada) I decided for those two days I was gonna eat and enjoy myself with my family.

The following week was amazing. Not only did I look jacked before my workout, but after I was huge. An amazing pump and I had to go to the mall right after and show it off lol.

Back on my cut now, and I’m def smaller. Still have a lot of muscle and definition but it’s screwing with my motivation to stay in a cut and just finish it. Every time I eat like an asshole for a “cheat day”, I end up looking swole for about half a week and it just makes wanna day screw it and start my bulk early.

How do y’all deal with this? Should I do a re-feed day on Sunday where I eat at a little surplus or is that not going to do much?
