Daily Simple Questions Thread - January 10, 2021

I've seen a similar, but different post to this recently that wasn't flagged for medical reasons... so here goes...

I can do regular curls (DB, ez-curl bar, straight bar) without any issue or discomfort.

If I switch to hammer curls of any form, I get discomfort near the crotch of my elbow and radiated throughout my bicep. I've had this for a relatively long time, but never gave it thought because regular curls work fine for me. Moreover, no other exercise triggers this discomfort - it's literally just hammer curls, ergo, I tend to just shelve the issue.

Are there rehab exercises (beyond light hammer curls) that would help work through this issue?
