Daily Simple Questions Thread - March 10, 2021

If you are a woman into fitness and have had this problem please help!! I am 20 yrs old I’m 5’4 and 113 pounds. I am pretty skinny and healthy as I work out everyday, whether that be at the gym or body weight workouts at home. I try to eat as healthy as I can. My main problem is the shape of my body. It is probably my biggest insecurity. I am shaped kind of boxy, and I have tried every workout to try to get a smaller waist, nothing has really worked. I find myself comparing myself to women that naturally have an hourglass figure and I tend to get really down on myself. It’s starting to get even more debilitating, everytime I look at myself in the mirror I can’t help but think I have a flat stomach but yet from the front I’m shaped like a damn fridge. I want to look like a feminine woman, and I can’t seem to get happy with my body no matter how healthy I am. Does this make sense? Does anyone know anything that could help me reach my goal? Workouts?
