Daily Simple Questions Thread - May 18, 2021

Hey guys,

This is my first post so sorry if this gets placed the incorrect area. I'm looking for some input/adjustments for my workout routine that was supplied to me by one of my former high school teachers. I'm a 19 year old male at around 120 lbs and am looking to add some muscle as I'm tired of being so skinny compared to my peers. Any advice on changes would be greatly appreciated. Also as a side note, I had to make adjustments for certain exercises (not enough equipment at my home gym, exercises causing joint problems, etc.). Thanks in advance.
