Hey, It's my first time posting on this subreddit. I have set up a schedule for the first time that targets all the major muscle groups, this is what I have in plan for today. I am looking for some feedback, I don't feel like the workout is complete, are there any other exercises that I can add, or are there any I should remove? Keep in mind that I have a lot of experience working out, and I am reasonably fit and I should be able to keep up with whatever. I do also have access to a full gym.
This is the schedule:
Back
Deadlift 4 sets x 5, 5, 5, 5
Chin Ups 4 sets x 5, 5, 5, 5
Barbell dead rows 4 sets x 5, 5, 5, 5
Biceps
Barbell cheat curl 4 sets x 14, 12, 10, 8
Dumbbell cross body curl 4 sets x 14, 12, 10, 8
Abs
4 sets 1 min on each exercise, 30-sec brake
Crunches
Russian twist
Russian cycling
Any comments?
