Looking at your lifts, it might be solely a programming issue. There's no way you're Benching 50kg and Squatting 80kg after a whole year of following a proven routine pretty consistently. I bet you can still make some gains without even bulking if you just start doing a proper routine.

I'd also like to point out that doing every set close-to or to failure is not a good strategy (again, programming issue); making sure you take some protein after every workout is not important (only overall daily protein intake matters); being sore the next day means nothing (so does not being sore at all).
