Daily Simple Questions Thread - January 08, 2023

Hey. I’m mainly trying to lose weight and maintain/build muscle. I am doing 6 days a week in the gym, doing an alternating upper/lower body split and a 5k run at the end of every session. I am trying to target most muscles. This is my split and I would like to know if there is anything wrong with what I am doing, if anyone is curious i am eating around 1.5k-2k calories a day and burning 3-4k. i am also doing 3x8 on every exercise.

MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY shoulder press incline chest press bicep curls overhead tricep extension wrist curls lat pull-down

TUESDAY, THURSDAY, SATURDAY low row machine lower back machine ab crunch machine leg press leg curl calf raises
