Daily Simple Questions Thread - November 18, 2017

I diet until I hit my target or a bit under it (target is a mix of visual, timing and weight anyways for me) and then I start eating like a bulk again. I know my TDEE is 27-2800 so I’ll start at 2800 and see. If I stay stable for 2-3 weeks at 2800 I’ll go up to 3k.

Like, I’m 185cm/94kg now, I was 97kg a few weeks ago, I’ll go down to at least 90kg before Xmas, eat during Xmas, see where I’m at after that and most likely go down to maybe 85kg, depending on how that looks and how I feel. Last cycle I stopped at 87kg because I was getting too veiny for my taste, but I definitely still had a lot of fat then, so I’m thinking 9 months bulk later 85kg may be a good weight.

No point sweating the small stuff imo unless you have specific targets like a weight class to make, or a competition to attend.
