Daily Tech Support Thread - [October 14]

Is there a topic or place related to mouse/keyboard problems with MacOS Catalina?

I'm using old Dell 2209WA display and connect wired unnamed keyboard and mouse to its USB hub. Then the display is connected to rMBP 13" 2014 (HDMI for video + USB for mouse and keyboard). Once i turn off the display (power button) and then turn it on - mouse and keyboard does not work, sometimes disconnecting HDMI or USB works, but mostly it does not. I have to restart computer every time I turn off the display. Putting to sleep seems to be working most of the time but unfortunately I have a few processes running in the background and I'm usually not putting computer to sleep, just turning the display off mostly.

How do I fix that annoying sh*t? The best bug I've ever had with MacOS for the last 5 years :(((
