Daily Tech Support Thread - [December 24]

I've mailed my IPhone XS MAX for support 3 different times and it still hasn't been fixed. The phone keeps being sent back because they can't "replicate the issue". An Apple Advisor set up a Best Buy Genius Bar appointment and he couldn't figure out the issue either. The problem started Early December when I was at work and the phone just randomly stopped responding to touches. The buttons work and everything but the screen isn't responding to any of my touches. I had my screen repaired by Apple Support after cracking the screen back in June. The phone was repaired back on September 22,2020 and I immediately bought screen protectors and another case. The phone doesn't have any cracks or scratches and hasn't been dropped or put in Water. If anyone can give me some advice or help me contact someone who can help please let me know. Thanks
