Looking at the Vechain Rich list on Vestats.

There has been a lot of X-Node value talk lately. I played around on vechain stats and just wanted to throw this out there. Please correct me if this in incorrect or misleading (math is not my strong point).

1 mil is the min requirement for a for an X node. If you're looking to by an x node it would cost an additional (we'll say 500,000 vet). Therefore if anybody wants to become an x node they need at least 1.5 mil vet. According to Vestats there are 4,653 that contain at least 1.5 million. There are a total of 4,491 X nodes. That leaves only 162 non x-node accounts currently with enough Vet to purchase and hold an X node from the market place.

Now looking at the trading market and only counting Basic X-Nodes for sale under 700,000 vet and there are only 8 vethor x nodes.

So 162 accounts currently have the option to fight over just 8 ("reasonable priced") x-nodes....

Some of these accounts will hold enough vet to purchase higher tier nodes which also sell for around 500,000 so perhaps you could say 15-20 available to fight over for the larger wallet holders (again not counting nodes being sold for millions of vet).
