Floor: 2.5 minute blocks, repeat exercises until time. Block 1: 6 weighted squats 6 bicep curls “Rest” is 1 minute squat hold Block 2 6 pop jacks 6 plank rows? Sorry I don’t remember if that’s what they’re called! Rest is 1 minute plank Block 3 is block 1 again

Rower: 2.5 minute row for distance Rest is pulsing squats Repeat twice
