Here he is again in broad daylight, moments before he flees when he’s caught. Moments before he tries to wrestle a shotgun away from the witness who caught him, winning himself a Darwin Award.
Here it is all combined for a timeline. What got him killed was him wrestling the witness for his gun, not trespassing.
