Dallas County Republicans file lawsuit to kick 128 Democrats off election ballot

Anyone can use an auto-pen. Where is the verification of who used it?

Yeah, I'm sure someone copied the Dallas County Democratic Party Chairman Carol Donovan's signature, got an auto-pen made for it, and then insidiously used it to sign off on the candidacies of people running for political office. What an operation they've uncovered.

Why do you people hate due-process so much? You can't make laws and shit up as they fit you. Follow the ones in place, change the ones you don't like (if there are enough to do that.)

The law was followed. The form required a signature from the Party Chair, and that signature was on every single one of these forms.

Also, "you people" lol, but you're definitely "not picking any fucking side here." I'm sure you are just incredibly passionate about over a hundred candidates getting potentially prevented from ballot access due to a technicality that may or may not have happened. I'm sure them all being Democrats has absolutely nothing to do with your passion on this subject.

Both parties do that. Don't pretend one is above the other.

Please, point me to the Democratic party anywhere trying to kick off over a hundred Republican candidates because a county chair's signature was potentially not handwritten on every single form that was turned in. Completely bullshit whataboutism.
