I'm not disputing the idea that there is structural racism at times. (I was literally just passing through here from the trending subreddits bar.)

I'm just saying that as the net neutrality thing shows blatantly, the NAACP's positions are as prone to being influenced by outside interests as any other big organization's are. That net neutrality thing was ridiculous -- their rationale was paper-thin and nonsensical, they have a record of supporting pro-telco-monopoly politics and their financial ties to big ISPs is incredibly suspect. If that was them 'being careful with what they put their name behind' then I don't want to see what positions they would have if they were less cautious.
