Paltrow isn't batshit crazy. People attacked and made fun of her for not knowing what movies she was and what movies she wasn't in even though she has a memory loss condition.

"In 2005, Paltrow admitted she suffered from memory loss. She reportedly experienced trouble remembering after giving birth to her daughter, Apple. “I used to have a fantastic memory and now I can't remember what day it is,” she said."

Even if she didn't, not everyone is an mcu fan and has to know everything about it. Some actors don't even watch their own movies.

Besides from that she's only done and said some... comically weird stuff like those candles, although I don't understand why people have an issue with it. She didn't disrespect anyone and no one's obligated to buy them. Personally I find her a pretty humorous person (besides from the whole memory loss thing, which, once again, shouldn't be made fun of)
