Danny Ainge: "But we just had too much individual goals. We didn't have enough guys that winning was the most important thing. And when you have 21- and 22-year-old kids, that's gonna happen."

We're in mid-August now and last season was an indisputable disaster. Everybody knows this and yet overreacts every time there is a somewhat contentious quote from a player or a higher up. You can discuss it all you want (it is in your right), but this exercise has gotten incredibly stale. Why dwell on something so unpleasant when there is something potentially good just on the horizon? Are we really afraid the past will repeat itself this upcoming season and that is the reason why we keep rehashing it? The team dynamics should be much improved next season after a year where everyone was forced to become humble. We brought in some high character guys to replace a couple of big egos. I don't think there is much use in revisiting last season other than to get mad at what could've been.
