Danny Welbeck: I've Learned More at Arsenal Than I Would at United Whole Text

Danny Welbeck believes his move to Arsenal has enabled him to learn more than he would have at Manchester United.

Manchester United v Arsenal - FA Cup Quarter Final The Gunners forward left Old Trafford in a £16m deal on summer deadline day and has helped his new side to a place above his old one in the Premier League standings - as well as knocking them out of the FA Cup last month.

The 24-year-old, who has scored eight goals in 27 starts for Arsene Wenger's side this season, thinks the move has done him good.

"It's been transitional for me, moving down to London, playing in a new system for a new manager and a new team, getting used to new things around the club," Welbeck is quoted as saying by the Daily Express.

"There's a good group of lads and everyone's been class with me since the day I arrived and it's not just my team-mates, it's the staff around the training ground, at the stadium, everyone.

"It's not just one thing [that has improved]. My all-round game, getting used to the different systems and different players means you learn a lot more, gather more experience and you just develop naturally."

Welbeck was allowed to leave his boyhood club by manager Louis van Gaal, who said he could not match the "standard" of fellow strikers Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie.

The Mancunian has only marginally fallen short of the pair's tallies (14 and 10 respectively) so far this season and has managed twice the number of goals scored by replacement Radamel Falcao in all competitions.

Welbeck, who has often been deployed in a wide role during his time at the Emirates Stadium, is due to return to Old Trafford for the second time this season when Arsenal take on United on 17 May.

Two points currently separate the two teams, while the third-place Gunners currently hold a game in hand over their rivals in fourth.

"It's not just one thing [that has improved]. My all-round game, getting used to the different systems and different players means you learn a lot more, gather more experience and you just develop naturally."

Thats the only bit I think would be relevant, and not really in agreement with the title
