Sonny is a real life gimmick, but they seem to like Darby Allen more, who also seems to be a real life gimmick.

I think that also might be why he's also not used. He's a smaller gimmick guy, and Darby Allen is already doing that. He can't be the smallest guy in the company either, that's Marko Stunt. They have him in a team with Cutler, why not bring in his real life boyfriend who is this wrestler with an amateur background and make them a tag team. They end up a very contrasted tag team, plus it might be the first time you have a real life couple going for tag titles, at least that I'm aware of.

My fear though is, they might not push him because they're afraid of potential homophobia from the fans but I hope I'm wrong with that.
