I didn't say women are the only ones to blame, I said women also have blame and are culpable for the poor treatment of sex workers.

So as a sex worker, you don't want your profession legalized, supported, and safe? Why is that? I would think you would want to remove the criminality and danger from it.

I contend that the violence against sex workers is because of a sex negative mentality in society. Men are not anti sex, but are shamed for their desires, and women do have a hand in making society sex negative. And religion. Religion is the biggest reason but that lets nobody off the hook for where sex negativity is.

You keep thinking I'm blaming women when I'm just saying women also have an affect too, you're deflecting it by claiming I'm blaming ONLY women. There are underlying issues with sexual shaming and that relates to why sex workers are treated like shit. We live in a sex negative society rather than a sex positive one.

So I would think, if the goal was to prevent violence against sex workers, raise their statuses in society, there's a couple ways to do it. Completely legalize it so that women are safe and protected and healthy, or create a sex positive society where sexual shaming isn't the norm.

But it doesn't matter anyway, I agree with you. All men are to blame, and women have absolutely no aspects of sexual shaming against men or other women that would in anyway be relevant to the underlying causes as to why it happens. I don't know what we're arguing about when we're on the same side.

Let's agree to agree.
