Dating a younger man?

That's kind of extreme. Maybe women fall in love with men that take care of them, i.e. the father surrogate? And men enjoy that role, being the provider and protector. Traditionally it falls in men's direction to have younger brides. Just look at how women filter men and vice versa. A woman wants a man that makes more than them and has a more reputable job than them, or equivalent. On the other hand, a woman can be jobless and still be a viable mate for any man. But society has changed. The world is now a #METOO world where men no longer are just "accepted" for what they do. That includes dating or marrying someone much younger. There are plenty of women upset with this arrangement, notably older women. But I don't recall anyone making a beef about Demi Moore marrying Ashton Kutcher, 15 years younger that herself. In fact, it was mostly a "high five" from the women as if it were some form of retribution or "righting the ship" for the misdeeds of men "getting to have" younger women.
