Comedians should be allowed to make fun of anything and everything they see fit. Women comedians make jokes about Men and vice versa. There are comedians who joke about race and ethnicity like Russel Peters even showcasing various accents throughout his set.

Point is, in comedy, anything and everything is on the table.

You can't seriously get mad at a comedy set since it's all in play and always has been.

Dave Chappelle has also made many jokes throughout his career about his upbringing and being black, and also making jokes about white people.

My point of view is I've seen all of Dave Chappelle's stand ups and skits since he's started out and have seen him make fun of everyone. The only time I've heard of anyone trying to cancel him or be offended is now, which to me is ridiculous.
