SRS, Alvarez, and Meltzer have all said they don't speak with the Elite since they went to AEW and took on the EVP roles. SRS has said he's never spoken to them outside of interviews (obviously, in the past, they talked with Meltzer). They've also all said that they do speak to Punk.

I can try to find links, but all of this was posted to this board; it's just it doesn't fit a certain narrative so people keep insisting otherwise.

Honestly, if you go back and look at what was actually reported, it seems really clear that Jericho has been consistently pushing the anti-Punk agenda. He was the one originally linked to 'saving' Cabana's job, he was the one that's called Punk a cancer, etc. But, there is a contingent of hard-core fans that hate the elite and anyone associated with them.
