If it is, that one I don't think is a big deal because there are shows almost identical all around the world. Even on the wiki it lists 8 different versions of it from different countries. Like, a show about lying is a very simple concept. It would be kind of like saying On the Spot is a rip off of Whose Line. It's a very simple concept (improv comedy games) and shares some game types (I can't remember the name of the one on whose line or on the spot, but the game where they have to make a scene and Jon/Aisha/Drew can hit the buzzer and they have to change their last line is literally identical but also a super common improv game), but the idea is all over the place so it's kind of hard to say it's a ripoff.
