It's all about keeping an income. bE is here to make money, nothing else. If you're dissatisfied, but 1 person isn't, they're still in business.

If you don't want anything cosmetic, if your family don't want anything cosmetic, but one person buys 6 cosmetics, bE wins.

You are correct, 2.0 isn't an actual overhaul improvement. But why should bE care? They're turning a profit. They've already started working on DBD with Shooting to appeal to a different market and not have to put so much faith into one IP.

Until bE forks over the cash for dedicated servers (which they can do, they have MILLIONS of dollars...check their quarterly comments) make no mistake, bE does not care about you. They do not care about your experience. They will only care about concerns that equate to loss of sales.
