From what I can find Starlink is 50-150 mbs and TDS fiber is up to 1G. I agree TDS can't reach where Starlink can and won't have the military contracts but it doesn't need to. They just stay within their niche and make money. Fiber is cheaper than starlink (for company and consumer) - I don't anticipate people will pay more for Starlink if they had another option.
From what I can tell TDS isn't some flashy company that cares what people think about them. They are conservative and pick up profitable market share where they can.
I don't see TDS exploding like TSLA but I am anticipating steady growth and feel it is extremely undervalued.
