PoE was their biggest update ever and brought back a ton of vets and even more new players. They put a ton of work I to it, of course they'd want people to play there.

If you haven't been to Cetus yet I'd highly recommend going in and getting the intro stuff out of the way. Then it'll be as easy as clicking on a box to start a bounty. It's not gonna be hard to get these relics and they're around until April so there's no need to panic. I'm seeing a lot of knee jerk reactions in this thread, let's at least wait to see how the relics will be spread across bounties before we get the pitchforks out.

They could very well be common rewards from mid tier bounties and if my time doing bounties is any indication of their drop rates, than that's all we'll ever get.
