DEA came with a search warrant

My point is that a police department is not going to serve a warrant on a house that is suspected of receiving shipments fent without the officers having PPE due to the potential liability if one of those officers gets hurt.

If an officer files a civil lawsuit because he/she got hurt and they feel that the police department failed to do due diligence, the police department will spend a shit load of money going to court. Even if they win, its a lot of money.

And the local government insurance holders will not pay out if they feel that the local government did not provide PPE and training that could have mitigated the risk. On top of this, wait for OSHA to get involved.

This perspective I have made somehow triggered you into an autism logic loop that you cannot get out of.

It doesn't matter if the risk is actionable or real. What matters is if this could cause a lawsuit (which costs money) and this lawsuit could have been prevented by PPE.

The other thing that seems to be causing our issue is you fail to understand that your articles are not per-reviewed research or any real data. They are basically one off articles and editorials. That isn't going to be admitted into a civil case.

So...I guess cue you sperging on me for round...whatever the fuck we are up to...
