Dealing with rape and feeling like a constant victim

I'm really sorry this happened to you, multiple times, even ... I sincerely hate that this is even a 'thing' in the sense that so many people are victims of it. It's literally one of the saddest fucking things to go through/ be forced through.

I don't mean this is a bad way, nor inconsiderate, in no way negative at all ... but you could try therapy or group therapy like the other person suggested; but honesty I don't know that it's something that goes away by just talking about it. Like, I think it's something we learn to live with that gets easier with time. You're doing the right/courageous thing simply by wanting to/seeking to move forward from it, it just kindof changes you in different ways. Everyone's story is different, and I think it's the shittiest thing to hear, but you are stronger because of it. You're the one wielding the scars as a reminder of your past, a past part of you. It just isn't your future, it doesn't define you, don't let it. <3
