Dear Employers...

"This is not the place for you to vent" Sure it is. This is the internet. I'm even on topic no less, or close to it. I'm sorry, I know you might be a manager and king of your realm but you're not the king of the internet, your opinion is just that.

"You can't just say you're motivated and that be enough." No shit, I never said it was. I said it's funny when almost every job posting says they are looking for some one motivated. When I was a manger it took me all of about 60 seconds with some one to see and gauge if they were motivated or not. To me it's useless information to post. I doubt many people who are actually unmotivated are going to let that one sentence in a ad stop them from going in for an interview, but you can feel it out pretty quickly. My point being, it's a bit of oddly useless information. It's redundant, almost like saying "we're looking for a good worker." I'm sure everyone will claim to be it, but only some will prove it.

I do find it funny how you critique me and throw off insult after insult when you know absolutely nothing about me. Things like "You are lazy." Are you kidding me? You wouldn't believe what I've done, how many 14+ hour shifts I've worked, how I've actually injured myself more than once to try to get a piece of equipment operational instead of giving up and "waiting" on a solution. Sir, you are full of shit, self entitled, jump to conclusions and I hope to god I never work for you. You are the high horsemen that makes so many others look bad. You further notate that I've not demonstrated responsibility. Really? I've been responsible for millions of dollars of equipment held solely in my hands, for a team of individuals and for duties that effected hundreds of people. Not once did I fail on those duties to where it effected others, yet to claim I know no responsibility. Once again, you act like you know facts when you have no information other than what fiction you're forming to better your own argument. It shows.

I've never wanted anything handed to me either, I really dislike that. What I want and have always wanted is a chance, even if at the bottom to prove myself, my worth and show what I am capable of.

Have a nice day.
