1. He should never lower his standards just because the girl is beautiful. - in most cases guys look out for looks in girls, major turn off for me. I'll be like "I know stuffs too, don't give me the look when you talk about stock market"

If you are earning make sure the girl is employed as well and if she isn't she has a mindset of a person who is ambitions. - Trust me on this one, you don't want a girl sitting next to you scrolling her phone. Make sure you have a proper conversation about any concept that you like. If she's like idgaf, try a different aspect but have many conversations.
3. Girls like taller guys, but they can settle for equal or less heighted guys if the conversations are amazing. Make sure you keep her engaged.
4. Arrange marriage is a different kind of horror for girls, Make sure you are very open about your thoughts and if she's interested your past life. Or else when girls start to dig deep, all kind of information are unveiled.
5. If you are getting rejected by girls back to back, trust me it's your communication skills not your face. Maybe your face too, but I've seen guys wooing girls with their communication skills.
