Dear Pittsburgh, what would be your ideal hangout spot that (maybe) doesn't already exist?

This is way out there, but here we go:

An indoor play space for humans and their dogs.... But with booze and/or coffee during certain hours. Pretty much a pet-friendly social club. If you've ever spent any time at a dog park, you can see how much of a social scene it can be for people, so it makes sense!

It could also be a daycare and training facility, since the licensing needs cross-over.

Places like Camp Bow Wow and the Dog Stop are opening left and right, dog parks are always bustling, and crazy dog people such as myself are more than willing to spend money on our dogs.

In other cities, and outlying Pittsburgh areas, there are indoor play spaces where you can take your dog during inclement weather. You pay a couple bucks, they make sure your dog is up to date on shots and behaves properly, and you're in!

These places often have little retail shops as well as outdoor play space with features like pools and agility equipment, too.

I've been obsessed with this idea ever since someone I met (believe it or not, at the dog park) told me that where they're from, there's a place like this( I believe North or South Carolina). People go and socialize while their dogs do the same. The owners/staff will scold/kick anyone out who isn't paying proper attention to their pups.

We have crazy dog people and lots of inclement weather... It's perfect!
