Debunking every anti-open border argument ever

I do think "open borders" has disastrous messaging though, comparable to "defund the police" or "tax the rich", and therefore has approximately the same chance of actually happening. Instead of "why this is good", I'd much rather want to see "how do we get there" articles, especially in the context of US electoral reality. I don't know, maybe "open borders for engineers/students" (obviously needs to be rephrased without open borders bit)? Not enough nurses/teachers/whatever? Well, maybe open borders for that occupation? Seasonal workers who are already legally and temporarily coming to the US to help pick crops? Well, maybe when they are done temporarily helping with crops, and while they are waiting for the next temporary season, instead of going back they can stay around and temporarily help with construction or whatever?
