How do I manifest wealth?

From a young age I have been very poor. My parents lost 2 businesses by the time I was 10. I’m the oldest of 4 and I remember the roughest days, having to eat at grandmas house every night for months because my parents couldn’t afford food. I got sued when I was 16 and had a legal battle that costed me about 10k, and when I was 22 I crashed a car and got in another lawsuit for $30k.

I’ve dropped out of college twice, and have 3 credit cards that are all maxed out. I live in a literal trap house and have relied on small time petty crime to scrape by for years. I have had problems with drugs and alcoholism since I graduated highschool and I live next to a bar. I make $15 an hour seasonally as a landscaper, and collect unemployment during winter unless it snows.

I have no idea where I’m going in life, I want success and wealth. I don’t need many material possessions, just nice clothes and a nice house and financial security. I can’t even afford health insurance. I want to be upper middle class, I don’t need to be super rich, I’m not greedy

I believe in manifestation because I believe I have accidentally manifested girlfriends in the past, within a day even. I’m looking to manifest long term financial security and a stable life that doesn’t Involve selling drugs and night life.
