[US] Is this a decent build, what changes should I make?

I appreciate it, thanks!

Regarding the notes, can I update the motherboard firmware without the CPU in or how would that work?

Also I keep seeing this note about power, is this something to be concerned about?

Warning: The MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard supports the Intel Core i7-12700K 3.6 GHz 12-Core Processor with BIOS version 7D25v11. If the motherboard is using an older BIOS version, upgrading the BIOS will be necessary to support the CPU. B

Note: The MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 ATX LGA1700 Motherboard has an additional 8-pin EPS power connector but the Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 PE 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.
