They’ll probably never have another heroic white male main character that you control anymore for the sake of social justice.

If you look back at all the games you've ever played (or just look at all the major games released throughout time), how many of those main characters were "heroic white males" and how many of them were either strong female and/or LGBT characters?

Not that many, right? It's a super underrepresented group and I am honestly baffled by the fact that people think developers are "pushing an agenda" and "shoving it down our throats" whenever they try something different and aim for diversity instead of going with the flow and adding yet another generic white male hero to the collection of an already largely overrepresented group.
