Deciding between 40mm and 44mm for my 185mm wrist. Thoughts?

Large, very tall person here. Got the smaller version at first, with the same thought process in mind. (Knew I could upgrade for free, so why not?)

As someone who works in an area with close quarters and coworkers (floor sales environment, lots of glass), the smaller face was better for mobility, meaning, I didn’t scrape/smack it on walls and corners as hard.

But.

The larger faced watch honestly ran/runs better. In regards to response time, charge time, and comfort. (These are all personal observations) The only difference I felt, was I banged it into walls more or scratched it on the glass cases at work. That’s entirely a variable created by my clumsiness, but again, nothing changed except the watch.

In the end? I stuck with the bigger size and got a third party external case. It’s just rubber, but it encases the watch, and uses the original bands.

Hope this gives you some insight.
