Defend the film

I enjoyed both Jason goes to Hell and Jason X, and here's why.

They were unique. Some people found them too unique but I thought they brought some new shit to the table, even if people didn't think it worked at the very least they made an attempt to make a major change.

Jason being upgraded into a cyborg and Jason being a weird little demon worm that possessed people (And shaved one of them in a strangely sexual way before he did so) is so bizarre and out there that I can't help but love it.

Jason takes Manhattan on the other hand? Fuck that movie and the boat it rode in on. Every time I think of it I'm reminded of a time where I thought that it would be a cheesy romp through NYC with Jason, but as the time passed and we were still on the fucking ship, I knew I'd been lied to.
