This is definitely Rhysand's room if ACOTAR was a Contemporary Romance(or a Wattpad Story)

Hi! Oh it's okay, it's actually easier to track than it seems, SJM always places explanations and descriptions of these residences and despite reading this years ago I could still distinguish them:)) I hope this helps. So THE HOUSE OF WIND is: where Rhys takes Feyre to, the first time he "kidnaps" her. It's where ONLY those related to Rhys' family can teleport to, during the books only Mor can do so. It's like a palace of sort for the High Lord. Then there's the TOWNHOUSE: it's Rhys' own place. It's like his private home, in comparison to the house of wind which is like a palace and really for the past and future High Lords of the night court. The REMOTE COTTAGE: is like a rest house or vacation house of Rhys' family. It's where chapter 55 took place.

Honestly, just a personal realization, I get why there are so much properties it only makes sense since he is the High Lord of the biggest court in Prythian. The same way the Queen of England (may she rest in peace) has a lot of properties too actually. Plus, I love how it makes the world building even more beautiful. Once I understood it I appreciated ACOTAR' s building compared to other Fantasy books'.
