Degrassi on Disney+ / Hulu

That would be awesome, but I don't think there should be a new Degrassi series anytime soon, especially after the situation with Netflix. They need to be careful. Remember, Netflix picked up a lot of shows at the same time as Degrassi: Next Class. They came out with a lot of shows, but because they didn't heavily promote them and give every show the attention it deserved, many shows were cancelled. This fall, Disney+ will be a brand new streaming service and I don't want them to make the same mistake.

Yes, I believe every generation needs their version of Degrassi so I would love it if a company like Disney picked it up (at times, Degrassi looked like it could be on Disney Channel), but they would have to do it right. You Know, Degrassi is a show for teenagers, not little kids. It is about kids and teens dealing with real-life situations. The actors shouldn't be all glammed up and look like models, at least not all of them. The seasons shouldn't be so short either. It should be done right. Also, it would be so great if Disney+ got the right to stream all the past episodes! All the episodes from Seasons 10-13 of Degrassi: TNG should be available to watch in HD!
