Delaware moves to give its Electoral College votes to the popular vote winner

But it is apart of our representative democracy. Just like the supreme court corrects Tyranny of the Majority in the legislative branch (think gay marriage), states are guaranteed a minimum of three electoral votes (your 'inbalance' in low pop states).
when electing the executive branch.

We're talking 3 out of 536 electoral votes to run and they run an entire state government and we get all their natural resources.

I'm not going to read your link man. Whatever it says about Tyranny of the Minority, its about financial power and not about the electorate because by the literal definition of minority, they don't have the votes in a 2 party system. Pretty sure they understood that, not sure why you don't.

And if you actually know the federalist papers, how the fuck are you so dumb?
