Delete if not allowed - I am a hiking guide and videographer, and would LOVE to offer free help to any teachers right now who could use nature/outdoors/environment videos for their students. I can work a lot of themes in, personalize to your class, or keep general. More info in comments.

If it's alright, I'd also like to offer videos! I'm not quite a professional, but I'm a junior in a Graphic Design program who's focusing on video/photography work. I work at a barn on the weekends so I have access to a bunch of different animals. I'd love to help some people and work on some small videos in between boring college assignments.

I work with ponies, chickens, a cow, goats, ducks, a bunch of show rabbits, guinea pigs, a few sheep, and a single angry alpaca. I can just get general footage of them or something specific like what kind of foods they get or the different sounds they make. And like OP suggested, I could definitely work in questions or quizzes while editing. If you have kids who just wanna see some farm animals let me know!

(also great idea OP!)
