I deleted TikTok and my life has gotten so much better

I'm glad you've discovered this! I also keep TikTok and other social media off my phone usually. I'll still download them sometimes if I feel fine. But if it ever starts stressing me out I'll delete some. I usually try to only have 1-2 social medias on my phone at once, usually just Reddit because I find Reddit the least stressful. Then I alternate between Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok sometimes.

Sometimes I feel good and forget how bad social media can make you feel, so I let myself download them all. And almost always I will start feeling a bit anxious and shit after a few days. I just did this a few days ago, I had Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter, and was using them all a lot. I had to delete Instagram and Twitter again today cause it just became too much.
