Dell Foundation Services (DFSSvc.exe DFS.Agent.WinService) 25% CPU usage

Saw a dell post say this "DFS stands for Dell Foundation Service and is an application we started installing in the factory to provide specific services facilitating customer serviceability, messaging and support functions. The future intent is to centralize features from other Dell applications providing a more seamless, easy user experience.

DFS versions prior to 2.0.39.0 may exhibit high memory usage during normal operation (>65MB). please download latest version....."

This is was old sounds like they still have issues with memory or cpu useage with it. From my perspective I uninstall pretty much everything exception windows and drivers. Sounds like this is some support application possible for remote assist, others deleted it or disabled from services.msc where you can stop it from running at all and had no ill effects.

There was one post saying it Might have something to do with their Dell Data Protection suite for encryption but another post says not at all... so take that for what its worth, I know id just disable it from services... but as always make sure you have a backup of files before you do anything(but you should always have backups of important files anyway).
