[Dellenger] The Big 12 is digging in its heels. Source within the conference: "It is imperative that the eight of us do not crack and we stay together for the four years and hold OU, Texas and ESPN to the contracts even if it is uncomfortable."

I love what Cambell is doing in Ames, and hope he stays there ala Snyder and lifts them to new highs. But if I'm being honest, with the new Super Conference being formed in the SEC, I dont think ISU or Kansas are what the BX need right now. If you guys had a sustained record of success then yes, welcome aboard, but right now it doesnt strengthen our conference. We already took Rutgers and Maryland, just for their media footprint and they are bottom feeders. I get Kansas is a supreme ballot brand but they are worse than Rutgers in the league's main cash cow.

I'm sorry about my above statement, but it's just how I think about realignment. But I do hope the BXII stays together, remains a major, and you can afford to pay him.
