Delta Air Lines will not mandate vaccinations for all employees. (In May, they required all new employees be vaccinated.) 75% of Delta's workforce is vaccinated. What do you think?

Fully expect to get many downvotes without this.

But why are so many people against individual choice? People can make their own decisions whether they should get a vaccine or not against something that statistically is not as deadly as people think it is.

Just put today— Pfizer shot is 42% against Delta variant. If someone is younger, healthy, etc, why should they put a non FDA approved vaccine in their body that has had no long term studies into side effects into their body?

As someone who is in their late 20s, I would never consider taking the vaccine until I am no longer done having kids as we have no idea what the potential effects are on either fertility or my spouse and I kids.

If I was 40+ and done with kids, I would consider it a lot more. But at this time, I will never consider it.
