#DemocracyAwakening, Please help a disabled veteran get to DC for the protest. PM ME

I'm trying to get to Washington DC to participate in the Democracy Awakening protest. However I live in Shreveport, LA and it's going to take me 18 hours to drive there and my car's not in the best condition to make the trip. Please if you can help me with a one way airfare ticket from Shreveport, LA to Washington DC you will be helping me out and helping the protest. The protest is to re-instate the voters rights act and repeal the citizens united decision, both a non-partisan issue.

Why this is important to me: I served in the military from 2001-2006. I was an engineer in the Louisiana National Guard, surveyor. I was contracted for a week, in 2003, to work in the active CIA blacksite Cobalt on Bagram Air Base. I was also a first responder to Hurricane Katrina. I was in New Orleans the day before the storm and stayed for 17 days afterwords, now I suffer from stress induced grand-mal seizures, ptsd, and hep c. A hypodermic needle stabbed me in the hand while I was cleaning up around the superdome. Between the injustices of witnessing our country torture people in Afghanistan and see the way our Government responded to Katrina by hiring Blackwater to kill anyone remaining in the city five days after the storm, has left a stain on my heart of what it means to be an American. I have fought hard the past 10+ years to try and tell people about what happened, but no one wants to listen to an uncomfortable truth. Please help me get to DC in hopes of bringing our Country back to what we've always striven to be, a free and fair society.

I'm typing this @ 05:30 AM CST. If anyone can help me get a ticket anytime today or tomorrow, I promise to be on that flight. You can track how your assistance has help by following me on twitter @HRmoonyos

Thanks for helping fight for our democracy back.
