If the Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and now Coney Barrett have shown me anything, it's that the only thing that matters is which team appoints the judge. Apparently the politicians believe the electorate is dumb enough to believe that the judges just pull a lever for whichever side nominated them on all partisan issues. The politicians clearly believe this, considering how much of a fight they put up

If that's truly the case, why waste taxpayer dollars like that? Fuck em. Take a count, red and blue jellybeans, have Powerball run their rng every 15 years and shake up the colors.

Probably speed up the judgements a lot, too. Any partisan issue, just run a tally and decide in favor of the majority color.
